RegistrationOn registration, you must choose a Login and a Password and provide the WDS with accurate, complete and true registration information. Limitations of LiabilityYou are held responsible for your actions and the actions of other persons made in connection with your browsing, reading and using of the Site. OtherThis agreement is effective until terminated by the WDS or by you. Any of the parties can terminate this Agreement after prior notification of the counterparty by phone or e-mail. The WDS has the right to close or change the Site at any time, as well as the conditions of your access to it. This Agreement is the mutual agreement of the parties to abide hereby, it replaces all prior written or oral agreements and arrangements between them. If the WDS doesn’t demand immediate fulfillment of any provision hereof, it must not be perceived as the WDS’s waiver of restoration of the rights violated by the User.This Agreement is concluded personally with you, and you must not transfer the rights and obligations under it to third parties. If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes void or impossible by applicable legislation it will not affect validity and force of other provisions. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, as well as all the actions stipulated hereby, shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation as if this Agreement was a contract concluded and executed in the Russian Federation. Other rights which are not directly stipulated herein are reserved. 8. PROTECTION AGAINST HACKINGYou have no right and must not allow other persons to make direct or indirect attempts or to actually derange, damage, change or modify the Site or any Materials or to interrupt the functioning of the site.
